Professional Bio
He earned his BA in English from UC Santa Barbara and his Teaching Credential from Dominican University. After teaching in Ukiah and coaching Baseball at the High school there for 3 years, Brooke chose to move his family to Chico. He spent 5 years as a Sellers Agent with FSBO Inc., a Chico and Paradise based Real Estate Co. prior to earning his Brokers License.
Brooke’s Management experience began while working for FSBO managing the Paradise office for the Corporation. After that Brooke became Manager for CASABZ, LLC, overseeing day to day operations of both the service division as well as management of the real property held. From there Brooke took on the position of Project Manager for Cole VR, LLC, a real estate investment co. and its associate construction company R.A. Scardina Builders. During this time Brooke oversaw all aspects of Property Management, Repair and Maintenance, and Capital Improvements of a portfolio of Chico based Student housing, Single Family Residential, Commercial mixed use, as well as Short Term Vacation Rentals in South Lake Tahoe.
BPS Properties was formed in 2012.
