Brittany Hightower

​Brittany Hightower stumbled into the property management world back in 2008 after being recruited by FPI Management Inc. Once she was hired on as a Leasing Agent, she quickly climbed the ladder to Community Director. Since then she has worked with several communities and has traveled all over northern California from Turlock, San Jose, Auburn, the greater Sacramento area and finally settled down in Chico, Ca. Brittany is a firm believer in the balance of positive resident relations while building a profitable portfolio for her clients. In 2019 she was honored with the Northern Valley Property Owners Association award for Best Property Management Staff. She currently is married to her long time love, Steffan and proud mother to baby Ryland Rose.
