Alysha Sanchez

Alysha is a Butte County native, originally from Paradise, CA. Her work in the property management industry began in 2015. She has property manager for both single-family and multi-family portfolios but chose to specialize in student housing while acting as the director of the ChicoStudentHousing .com campaign through her work at Entwood Property Management. She is currently secondary broker and business manager for Entwood Property Management. She is passionate for advocacy and education to both owners and residents alike. Alysha has served on two different committees with NVPOA since 2019 and is excited to join the Board of Directors as Treasurer. Alysha has always had a heart for adventure and traveling. This passion has guided her to understand the importance of a solid home base and to help others find their place to call home.
